the ultimate scam, but works alot better if you're level 60. make a guild, and claim that you are running endgame instances, and when you get a lot of high level people to join, ask them to donate for tabard, bank etc, when they give you all the stuff, kick em out, that simple

It is not a bad scam - migrate ....

better to ask - why not just run a few instances and keep all/a lot of the boe loot etc etc and say it is going into a hat/will be allocated after the first 2 weeks raiding - and then do a runner . certainly not going to be easy or quick on a lot of servers to establish a lev 60 guild.

could try a variation of this - which is to recruit a load of guildless under lev 40 players into a guild - say it is a training guild for the top guuild on your server - and say you will give every player a fre mount when they hit lev 40 - but they have to contribute 10g or something before they hit lev 40 to be elligible - leap of faith test if they ask you - plus gwet a m8 to pretend he got his epic mount through the fictional epic scheme etc etc - could extend to other areas eg epics etc.

basically - invest now - and we pay you $$$ later - why ? It is a test of your loyalty becasue we used to just give players ther mount cash but too many abbused the system and just left the guild straight away after getting it. This method discourages it (or somer other vaguely plausible bull****)
