When i say bye a cdkey i mean by an new wow an tbc game to have a new account and register with the target's name.And there is no way to get free transfer.

Is there any way to be sure they don't get their character back with an ownership dispute? Anything more than transferring and getting the accoutn banned? if you get it banned does it work for definite?

Just change the coords and the email,if you don't have cdkey and secret answer you have to make a faked ID card,passport or license to drive but it's very illegal.
