It's no exploit, you can merge an account to a bnet acc to get control over it. But it doesnt work as good as people think it does.

If he is the OO he can simply call blizzard to get it unmerged.

But if he aint the OO you can merge it to a bnet account (www.battle.net) and he can't do anything about it

My question, though, is beyond the ID scans provided here, what are other good resources for such things beyond actually contacting a town or a city for an ID scan as it's matter of public record in the US as far as I'm aware, and can be accessed for a small fee, at least where I live?
