taking my account back from toonstorm.com (need advice)

This seems like a pretty good place to get some advice for my situation. So, I sold my account to toon storm for 150. I am the original owner. It's been about 3 months and I want it back. I tried talking to them and they basically told me that if I want it back then I have to buy it back for 400. Screw that.

From what I've gathered from reading these forums, I should just call blizzard and have them change the email. Then transfer my character to a new account and get the old account banned.

What I want to know is, does anyone here have any experience with toon storm? What exactly are they going to do once they realize that they no longer have control of the account? What should I say if they contact me? Will they try to take any legal action or do anything to me financially?

Any advice would be helpful. I've never done this before. Thanks.

    Step 1: Buy an authenticator
Step 2: Recall that shit. Use the fax form.
    Step 3: Apply authenticator.
Step 4: Taunt toonstorm and keep your 150.

If its been over 45 days, paypal won't do shit for a virtual item sale. Call up Blizzard, when I did this I just said I quit and went to play again only to find out my account had been compromised. Try that. Have your original CD-keys and SQA ready if you can.
