Hey, i guess paypal caught on to TOR or seomthing!

Well i got my dad to buy me soemthing on the internet but i forgot to turn off tor!

I guess i need a new damn proxy thing!

I used "hidemyass" Proxy thing that Hides your IP and It blocked meh

Yeh you can, They trace IPs and shit
Thats why you use Proxy xD

I suggest wait at least 1 week before spending Paypal money you earned xD

also canadian and australlian paypal accounts no longer work. though it still shows the 3,600 dollar monthly spending limit, you get limits whenever you try to spend something, whether it's 5 dollars or 500. i tested this with 8 accounts, 4 canadian and 4 australlian, using corresponding country noncycling IPs on each, and everytime the same results.
