[Scam] Simple "Forgot to send it as a COD" Scam

[Scam] Simple "Forgot to send it as a COD" Scam
I was selling epic shoulders today and aftert he customer was found we agreed that I will send the item as a COD. So I sent the item but ofc I forgot to actually send it as a COD but fortunately the customer was reliable and gave me the money afterwards

Anyway from this I got an idea for this small trick, here is step by step guide.

    1) Try to sell any item normaly in trade channel, epic if possible because you get highest money from it.

    2) After you have found your victim, tell them that you will send it as a COD, be very polite and friendly! While you are arraging the trade, go to another zone, and stay there, close to the post box. Also, haggle until your victim is in a BG or another zone.

    3) Now wait a while and after some minutes tell your victim that you posted it but stupidly forgot to send it as a COD, if the guy is reliable he will say something like "No problem, I will send the money to you afterwards" if it went like this continue to the next step"

    4) HS or fly to Dalaran or any other crowded city (IF or Orgrimmar maybe?) and wait until your victim comes to that city too, if you are lucky he will be there under a hour. When you notice that he is in the same city, whisper to him and suggest that you trade the money now because you are in the same city and the item is on it's way

Now, if you have been very reliable and friendly he will propably agree to the suggestion and you can take your money If he doesn't wanna do the trade, just ignore him and hope he doesn't start to yell your name everywhere!

    Some random tips:

    -Be friendly and reliable!
-Try to trade Naxx BoE drops, they sell like WoW
-Try to haggle a bit and laugh alot
-Sell the items underpriced, this will make them accept the money trade much more easily!

    Thanks!

I dont think this would work what if the guys not trustworthy. What if he realizes he is missing his gold? i think you could do this but would have an extremely low success rate.

I dont think this is a good scam, LOW percentage of people would do that. and by low its VERY low... not like low on those that fall for TCG scam.

Well, there is always a chance to get banned in every scam, and anyway i don't think this has very high ban percentage.

I am not sure how many many people fall in this, try

Real shame that after an hour they got the item in the mail, and noticed that they DID pay for it.

This fails, it doesn't work. The majority of WoW Players are Retards, and in my case *Horde* are kids. They get there hand on anything they can.

If most of WoW players are retards, why would this fail? . Anyway this works on clever people too, try it out!
