Scamming WoW goldselling pages for...Anything!

Hello there.

I know there is many guides on how to scam a goldselling page.
But what if you knew who the page owner is, the location of the server,
the city, country and even phone!


That would make your life ALOT easyer when scamming those rtard chinese scammers!
(no offence!!!)
Wouldnt it?

This is public knowledge, but since I didnt find any similar posts here,
I thought I'd share it with you.

So I tried to find a way to sink a chinese scammer page the other day.
And I got a link to a page that pretty simple tells you all registered info of the owner of the page you specify.
Here it is: The WHOIS page!
I thought HEY this might work and started to think out a plan.
Who will know info such as that? Blizzard ofcourse!
So I went to a random goldselling page, checked the info I got from Whois,
and BOOM! Chinese rtard!
Name: "Something chinese."
Server location: CN (China) BINGO!

Fortunately for me they had a live chat, the website wasnt that huge of a company, poorly constructed etc.
UNfortunately they had this nifty little "when I close the chat, his close to" thingy. So I wasnt able to SS the progress.
But it went something like this:

Me: Hi there, may i speak to "whatever the name is"
Him: (pretty darn silent, and after aprox 3-5 minutes) I not know "name" you get wrong person.

So I scared him huh. My guesses are that HE is the one doing all the talking himself.
After the starting hammerline you just have to use your imagination and play cool like a blizzard representative would, and spit out your info to make him even more nervous. I managed to get 2 accounts out of him and aprox 5600g. that is pretty darn good for 15 minutes work.


Now I know I dont have any proof that this works, and its really just an adition to other web page scams, but please try it out and tell me if you get the same results. Remember to check their location before you open a chat. And MASK YOUR IP!!! use a proxy. google.com can help you.

Yes it will probably be overpopulated pretty fast. But the scamming pages are popping up like rabbits from a desert hole anyway, so you SHOULD find an unscammed page sometime.

Hope someone does get this to work =) Just remember YOU are the law in the conversation, they are to accept YOUR terms! hehe!

requires alot of social engineering, and a couple tricks. but is quite easy to pull off.

I personally used that I was a lawyer from Blizzard, and that we were pressing charges.. etc. And that if he didn't refund the gold, we would charge him $130,000 USD . Didn't work though, he didn't give me gold.

For the next person that tries this....try opening up some legal info on the Worldofwarcraft.com site. Then recite some mumbo jumbo to the man on the phone to help make your statement more offical. Such as "excuse me Mr. BLABLA In article 12 section 8 of the world of warcraft "terms and Agreements" it states that "Any activities not intended by game design which affect the economy, the client, player characters or the world itself have a tremendous negative impact on the potential enjoyment for all players. The effects of these activities take many forms including a bloated game economy, server instability, and allowing unauthorized access to accounts, computers, and player data. As such, we take the following issues very seriously and take swift and appropriate action on all players involved in these malicious activities related to World of Warcraft." and therefore in order for your business to stay running you will need to meet a list of certain personal demands of mine to keep my mouth shut."
