    Ok i will make the guide more detailed l8r but i gotta get ready for work.
    Take your scammed account and rent it to a site that will level a new one if it gets banned. Send a fake ban letter 2 yourself and change your pass and have them level the same type of character for free. USE GOOGLE

    why should you send a fake banletter to yourself ? whats the point ? your gonna show it to the powerlevel company or what ? i dont get this scam :/

    most renting sites are scams anyways, and the ones that arnt will not refund you if you get banned.
