Here is the best way to scam an account, maybe its a repost but I started doing this by myself.

1st Go to markeedragon.com
2nd Create an account
3rd Create a post on WoW USA Trading
4th Title [WTT] Wotlk CD Key for level 70 Make a thread and post ur AIM
5th Soon u will get bunch of people talking to u, they want to scam u.
6th Tell them Yeah I like ur toon lets trade but u go first as U can scam my CD key easy.
7th They will give u all the account info. Then Block them and now u have an account level 70 with its full info.

Tips
Make sure u do it on Friday.
U can sell the account as u have all its info.

Sorry if its a repost but It does work when U have a cd key u never go first on a trade vs an account that can be recalled maybe Im a noob scamming but I know a lot about trading. Im a repped member on MD.

also, if they're scamming you, they'll ask for you to trade first.. since they're trying to SCAM you
