Errm, did you read the thread? That is just a normal scam which emails you the password and just changes the realmlist to confuse/piss them off, which will TBH do more harm than good; they find out their password doesn't work earlier (or atleast think it doesn't) and change it on the site.

Not to mention this thread has existed for a month longer than that one

PS: If you have VB.NET (free download) you can make your own :P
