Buying Game time for abit cheaper

Ok so this is my first scam well not really much of a scam.
I dont know if this is true. So please don't flame if im incorrect.

Ok well.

I have a account i migrated to Russian realms on EU.
*Blizzard immediately charge's you with RUB. Not Pounds or Euro.*
*The currency with RUB is really bad.*

So i emailed Blizzard saying my account got hacked and they migrated my account to russian Realms. I asked if they could transfer my account back.
After they transferd the account back. They still change me with RUB and not Pounds or Euro.

So i figured that i could buy game cards for much cheaper then usual.

359.00 RUB One-Month Subscription
359.00 RUB = 10.42 EUR
359.00 RUB = 8.81 GBP

Ok well sorry if im wrong its just a theory. Please dont flame as for this is my first post.
