Well, I understand this scam from background reading on this topic. I think he basically means that you will be wanting to advertise the selling of an account with an example of a level 70 with tier 6 you randomly picked off the armory. Once you have a buyer you send them an email saying that the character is being sent to their account and they will then give you 5k gold or whatever you asked for. Well thats my understanding

You just do the scam of your choice, this is basically a way to launder your money so that way you or your buddy that your scamming with doesn't get banned.

you can also just do this and have someone scam you the money, so it doesn't have to be you guys scamming gold for eachother.

THIS IS JUST A WAY TO SCAM GOLD SO THAT WAY YOU DON'T GET BANNED
