Hello, alot of people want to verify their paypal for scamming methods without using their legit info so if caught its safe. Here i will explain how you can get all the required things to get a verifyed paypal.

Quickly things i have done as you can see the prices have changed in the 3 months so the images may be different to what they actually are but not by far.

Things you will need:

• A new hotmail/gmail/yahoo email account
• A new paypal account - Canadian one prefered
  
• A credit or debit card with up to $15 or a legit paypal with $15 on
• Some time

Ok firstly i will assume that you know how to make a hotmail account and a paypal account, if not then google how to make one (lolololol).

So we have our fresh hotmail and paypal both linked and you know all the info including the name and address etc.

Next go to one of these sites below and buy a VCC (Virtual Credit Card)
You can google where to get one if you want or you can use one of the links below.
Note: i have only tested vccshoppers and they sent me the card the others are just google links i found

Next wait the time required till you get the vcc, you should get some info like this (It changes for the different sites):




Then login to your paypal and add it to your profile like so:


Click Add Card. ( You have to use the name that you made the paypal with as the name on card)


Success you have verifyed your paypal account and can now send and receive money without it getting limited as i have seen in many cases. If you have any questions or problems feel free to comment or PM me i will gladly assist you.

Note: For some paypals you may need a bank account to verify it, i will post the links for sites where you can buy a virtual bank account but as far as im aware for Canadian accounts you only need a credit card.

could we use an unverified canadian paypal account to quickly buy one of these, then ditch that, make a new one and verify it with this vcc?

because im thinking, scam a gold farmer > buy vcc > scam another gold farmer > buy like 20,000 gold from thsale

No, as the VCC process takes at least a day until it's activated and you're able to use it.

what you can do is verify a paypal using this method, then recall any scammed accounts you have on a Friday. Instead of transferring the characters off and/or risking them recalling the funds from your real paypal and putting you into a negative balance, simply sell these accounts to toonstorm and receive the money on your new disposable paypal. Since they will be recalled on Monday, you have the weekend to get the money out of your paypal. There are many ways to do this, but I find the most effective and cost efficient method of Laundering these funds is to do it through an online poker site. Since PayPal does not condone online gambling sites, you simply purchase 500 dollar VCCs and use them to buy-in on pokerstars, then cash out your chips instantly. You can stage a few losses to yourself if you'd like, but the funds are already incredibly filtered as is. A week later, you'll get a check to your house and your money is cleaned.
