Well, its abit risky takeing a picture and add it to your account. Since somone will buy that one and see the CD-key aint working and will probably call blizzard and they see who is useing it and ban the account? It would be better to take the cdkey and when somone buys it he dont get any cdkey so blizzard would never know.

Depends on the store. Smarter stores like Best Buy, from my experience, keep all gamecards locked up. Other places, like Wal-tard just keep them on the shelves with no plastic wrap at all.
