also you can use 1 authenticator on more than 1 account. so you dont need to "buy 11". you can buy one and add it to millions of accounts if you choose

so i am wondering i have gone to my local walmart and eb games to look for an authenticator and it looks like the only place you can buy them is from the blizzard store online. So lets say i buy one use it to grab somones account think blizz can trace the serial number back to me because it was purchased with a CC? would anything be done?

Yeah, cause there seems to be several ways to get an account back. What if they just changed the regular password, making it so neither of you can touch the account? Or do they need the authenticator to access that password retrieval?

The fact they (presumably) are the OO and know all the rest of the info, I'd think there's still a way for them to get it..
