Fun Trick with someones account

Well, this is fun trick that is quite easy to do.

This trick involves trading wow accounts between two people.

What you need from the victim:
Phone Number
Acc. Name
Acc. Pass

Once you have those 3 items (they arent that hard to get) you can then access someones account on account management easily and quickly. Once your in, click setup subscription, and select home phone. After selecting home phone you can then select any price you want (i.e. 3 months is like 60 dollars) and then have it billed with your phone bill. You put in their number and tada, they will have to deal with a huge bill.


It works with ONLY the account registered phone number.

You cannot do this just because you need to call blizzard with a confirmation code. That confirmation code is sent via automatic message to the phone number, so you need to actually BE at that phone to do it.

While you may not be able to use this scam exactly as you posted it, I could see it working occasionally if you social engineer someone into thinking that they must call and use that confirmation code to retrieve their password or verify their ownership of the account. Something along those lines.
