Confirm:
You are about to log in to the site "0xce4799f5" with the user name "beta%2Eworldofwarcraft%2Ecom-account-creation-start%2Exml-do%3Dnewaccount&p%3D11310832", but the web site does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you.
Is "0xce4799f5" the site you want to visit?

I know this is necroposting, but this badass guide needs a /revive.
i loved it.
Easier way to get IP, Windows button + R, type CMD, type ping worldofwarcraft.com
Thanks for this, awesome. Link masking ftw, anyone know an exploit to mask status bar messages in firefox? Or do most still use IE?
In my opinion stop being such a cheapass and just buy a domain register anonymous so its not a easy whois.. then when you buy it make it something good like worldofwwwarcraft.com wowbeta.com find anything close to worldofwarcraftcom.. blah blah blah change 3 letters it doesnt matter.. thats so much easier to use then all the bs.. i would never fall for anything like that
example of a phisher domain
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
then the very same domain World of Warcraft Promotions
then use the same domain 1000000 times.. with different /xxxxxx
simple 6 $ and i have tons of phishers
This is a good idea acctually-- it looks a lot better than h1.***********/whatever
The pop-up message asking if you really want to visit the site and it may be an attempt to trick you is a Firefox thing. I believe I read that about 70% of the browsers used today are Internet Explorer, so you should be good to go with this. If a person is smart enough to use firefox, then chances are they are pretty computer literate and will not fall for the scam anyways.
