Guild Master Gold Scam

This is a pretty good Gold Scam. Alright, find a guild that is on your Faction. Once you do, open up the armory, and look for their leader. /Who , and hopefully they will be offline. If they are online, search another guild. But anyhow, make a character that is SIMILAR to the Guild Leaders name and whisper a High Officer of that guild. Say "Hey, this is my alt. Can you hook me up with some gold? I'll pay you back on my main.". If he asks who's main, say the Guild leaders name. This work pretty well, unless of course you try to do it to higher educated humans!

Made a few thousand gold from this.


You can also ask for an invite to the guild, get a promotion and steal Epics, Voids, etc.

sorry, it is a repost, i saw this recently, also, theres a chance to get band for impersonating the guild master.

This was one of the first scams posted on this forum.

Even if it was a repost, it just got me 500+ gold and will get me 500+ more tomorrow.

I got an officer to promote me to veteran and I stole like 20 Voids and some other epic gems. (he was busy fighting the brewfest boss so he was somewhat distracted.)
