This is a list of some other interesting things you can do with access to somebody's email.

Get a username and password faster.
A lot of people, when signing up on guild websites, use the same username and password as thier wow account. This is a great way to get access to thier account fast. Do a search for the word 'guild'.

You often find an email with thier account information in it, in a confirmation email.


Get cash

I recently got a refund for a PSP that somebody had bought online the day before. There was an order confirmation email with an order number. The email instructed to 'Keep this number safe'. It also linked to a support email. I simply replied to the email claiming that I had ordered the wrong item and gave them 'my' order number. I asked them to refund it to MY PayPal (I was hoping that he had just paid with a CC not an account).

They replied telling me they had refunded it ($65 ftw) and that I had to send the PSP back, or risk a dispute (Don't know what they would've done..im assuming just filed a dispute and got the cash back). I didn't want to take any chances so I bought lots of game cards and sold them off later.

Get gold

If you logon to the person's MSN messenger you should have a look for any gold-seller live chat. (I did this to my real life 'mate'). I saw that he had paid for 1000g from ByGamer. The email had another order number (ctrl-c ftw). I saw that the email was recieved 14 hours ago!

I jumped onto MSN and told the ByGamer support person I hadn't received my gold yet and wanted to change the character it was sent to. They asked for my order number (ctrl-v ftw). They confirmed it and I asked it to be sent to one of my level 1 alts. They hadn't given it to my friend yet because he wasn't online that late at night But now 'he' was.


Get even more cash

Simply rent the account.



TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE REALISE THIS. I KNOW THAT SOMETHING SIMILAR HAS BEEN POSTED. THIS IS JUST AN EXTENSION OF WHAT IS POSSIBLE WITH SOMEBODY'S EMAIL.
