Is it possible to make some money laundry by the AH?

Lets say, you put some crap on AH for 4kgold on your main, then you buy it with your alt that made the scam.
Delete the alt and recreate it 2 or 3 times.

Would that clean it?

Its a copy of the real mail you get when you transfer, i left out one part and that is the part about canceling the transfer so the victim won't get supicous about me cancling the transfer.
It says it will take up to 5 days so just ask for the gold instantly after you sent the mail since its noway back or something like that.

Sprry if I'm asking a stupid question asked many time before now, but all my scammed accounts seems to have been taken back after many months being mine, or I may have forgot the acc name and pass, I don't really know, so is there a big chance I will get a permaban from this? I've had 6 3 hour bans from pvp botting before this, but never anything more.
