[Theory] Get WoW Gold from a Store W/O being Banned

Sorry if this is the Wrong place to post this...

So, I have had this theory about getting World of Warcraft gold from an Online Vendor with out being banned or caught

I have done 0 research on this (because I am lazy) and I DO NOT know if this is a Repost, so please don't flame or whatever.

Well, the theory is, is that you could somehow talk to the vendor of the gold twocents or the person delivering it before hand to settle a deal with them on having you put an auction(s) on the AH That the cost of all of those combined would equal up to the Price you originally bought.

I also have NO CLUE if Blizzard Sifts through the mail, or whatever automated system they use, and pulls out only the player-player sent gold, and just pass by the auction house mail.

So, what do you think about it? Think it might be plausible?

***Also, tell me if this is a Repost, or a recently brought up theory, but just don't flame about it and spam this with your arguments about how i "reposted" because i didn't. (Atleast I dont think i did)

In Layman's terms;

Buy Gold
Work Deal out With The people you bought it from
Put 1 or more Auctions out for X amount of Gold (i.e. Bought 1000g, put 10 autions out at 100g [for a very noobish item] 100 x 10 = 1000 OR put 1 auction out for 1000g [1000 x 1 = 1000!])
Have the person whos is delivering the gold buy all the auctions you have out with the amount of gold he is giving you
Be happy because you just made 1000g (which isn't much, but didn't want to use big numbers on you guys lol)

1. By gold
2. Put auction out for amount of gold bought
3. Person Delivering it buys auctions
4. Enjoy your maybe legal gold!

This is a technique most of the big gold sellers do. Chances are you won't get your gold though because of a scam posted here.
Just use MMOKings. They'll send it via mail and if problems occur, they'll refund you.
