[Guide] How to become untraceable & Scam(bonus)

First off, I would like to let you know I have never scammed but always researched on how to scam and I have lots of Romanian friends who have scammed before and I had to interview and research about this to write this guide. I am personally traceable right now so I am not challenging anyone. I don't want to make enemies. I hope you like it

English is not my main language so please forgive me if I don't have the best grammar.

The problems with scammers now days is that they do have the knowledge to scam people but they can easily be tracked down. The whole point is not leave any tracks leading to you so well go into more detail on how to do this right now.
Requirements:
Laptop
Car or other ways of transportation
a walmart far from your house
mac address spoofer
proxy chains elite anonymity
hushmail email account
a wifi hotspot far from your house


1 - first you drive to a walmart that is not near your house at all and buy a prepaid visa card with CASH not credit card, you don't want it to be linked to you.
or you can buy from a source online, I would recommend buying from Romanians through irc.


2 - Drive to a wifi hotspot of your choice can be anywhere you like doesn't matter what store you're in, just should be away from where you live and not somewhere where you usually goto. or you can find random WEP encrypted connection and learn how to crack it. ITS really easy to crack it there are tons of guides online.

3 - have your mac spoofer ready and change your mac address, you can also use linux there are guides of changing it.

4 - you should try to find connections/networks and proxy chains to use on your laptop and I recommend proxy's from russia/ Romania. do your own research if you're a good scammer you can easily find hook ups and connections. Usually a chain of 5+ is strong enough just to piss off the person tracking you... they usually give up...

5 - when youre ready(following the above steps) go make a hushmail account at hushmail.com

6 - when ready you want to make your fake paypal account and verify it.

7 - make an ad on craigslist/facebook/kijijji/ about a laptop or whatever expensive thing you like and wait till a scammer emails you and tells you that they are going to send money in advanced. they send around 2k-5k.... this is scammer money so it doesnt matter but it will freeze soon so get rid of it.

8 - now its time to use that paypal account to buy gametime cards/keys/cdkeys gold / paid online memberships to places and accounts if scamming accounts NEVER logon to them but you can logon the website while protected by mac spoofer and the chain elite proxies to make a new acct to transfer the char and then just resell it. Spend all the money you can if you dont need the rest **** it.

9 -$$$ profit ... save all the info on your laptop and GTFO from the wifi spot and never show up there again.

10 - I promise you even the FBI/CIA can NOT track you down if done right.

Final pro tip: if you would like to scam phone verification websites. Make sure you research about the address of the paypal account you made and know the places around there. then goto a VOIP phone website that have incall phone numbers where people can reach you and get a phone number attached to the location of your paypal account with your scammed money from the website. use the phone number and wait for them to call talk to them and then $$$ profit.... you know the rest.

tip2: dont use any email or username you like or password that even links to you... just make gibberish. or generate it with random generators.

I agree with sk8erevan, plus the feds could easily just look at the cameras and wonder why you are in your car just sitting there with a laptop. (guess how many people do that at a walmart, 10 at most, and most of them have familes) They could also see what time you started to scam on paypal, and when you stopped, which would be a time frame that would most likely having you leave 3 mins after you were done.


Overall, This guide is full of fail, a much better place is a restaurant/cyber cafe.

I'll improve a bit on what you just said.
1: Buy a cheap laptop and pay in CASH wear a hat or a wig or something look normal.
2:Change your mac adress & NEVER connect to you internet.
3:Go to a coffe shop in a town near yours.
4:Use a chain of 15 proxies FROM DIFFERENT proxy websites.
5o the internet crime you wanted to do.
6:Change your mac adress and use 15 different proxies again.
7:Format your laptop.
8elete system32
9:Throw your pc in a river.
10:FAIL

also to those who are saying fbi can do anything: They are people no super humans.
Yes they have alot of resources to track people,but carfully planned they can't do much about it belive me.

Also I might be wrong but I doubt it.
