Website scam idea

Simple idea for a scam....make a website like www.worldofwarcraft.org or some site similar to worldofwarcraft.com perhaps ww.worldofwarcraft.com or w/e and copy much of the actual site but set it so when people go to acc update page it sends you that information... not sure if this is illegal or not probably though and if it is feel free to delete.

think they have copyright on most of the design. and it would be really really hard to replicate the website. and all webs need to be www.
