Any suggestions on getting your account back once you sell it, if the new owner now has the secret question answer.

I was able to call Blizz and gain access to the account again, but 30mins later I wasn't able to log on again because he had taken it back. I changed the email, pw, address, phone #.

Yes you can, All you need to do is send in some ID as proof to Blizzard that you own the account, this way you can change the Secret Answer, meaning you have control over the account...
