Way to scam decent amount of $ fairly easy

This is my first post, and try to go easy on me
Not sure if this has been posted already or not, but there are some requirements before we start
1.WoW account, one with a higher level will get you most money
2.2 email addresses, you can use the one registered to your wow account if you want
3.Paypail account, make sure its a Canadian one so you can spend w/o having to be verified
Now go to gamepal.com and go to the sell my wow account section, enter the real info(don't worry, its a legit site, they won't take your account w/o paying you)
Then they'll tell you the money they will be giving you for your account right away, its not going to be as high as you expected, but it doesn't matter, cause there the only noobs whose site it will work on that has a legit site. Now wait for them to start talking to you in there customer service chat, and they want to give you a call, so tell them your phone number and wait for the call(prob going to be an asian sounding guy), then wait for them to get to the last step of swapping the emails on your wow with their email, and them giving you your money, but before that go to the wow site, and go into your account management and click to change your email to your alt email your had made earlier.IMPORTANT: keep the wow account management site up at all times now. This will send an automated email to your registered email address to your wow account saying you need to click it to verify the change, but don't click it just yet. Now once they tell you to change the email address to theirs, do it, and wait about 5 minutes for payment on your paypal account, then quickly go back to your email address(orginal email address), and click the email saying you want to change your wow accounts email to your alt email address, and click verify, and since you have the wow account management site still up, it will allow you to do this since your still logged in. And go to I forgot my password on the wow site, do the reset for a new password, and there you go, you got there money on your paypal account, and your wow account back. Sorry if the directions were hard to follow since its my first post. Also, they will not recall their money they sent to your paypal account(not sure why), but i have done this numerous times, and have had success each time. Comments are appriecated.

To make a canadian PayPal, do u have 2 have Canadian IP?

You don't need a Canadian IP to make a Canadian Paypal, just select Canada and google some fake information to fill in
