How do you cancel a Pay-pal?

I have a feeling someone knows my pay-pal information, so can someone please tell me how I can just cancel the pay-pal account so no one can purchase any orders? Thanks, very much appreciated.

Make sure you are in "My Account"
Then right beneath it is another bar of links, on the far right is profile, click it
Then it's the last link on the left column
