Scammed some accounts

I have scammed some accounts and wonder how i shall change the email, how can i come in and accept on those email account

You will need them to click the confirmation link in their e-mail address. Unless, you know which e-mail it's registered to, you go into it, and do it yourself. If you have all other information, try calling Blizzard and tell them that you can't log into your email address. Ask if they can change it for you

If you sent an email change confirmation link to the guys email without having access to it you're screwed and a naab.

However, if you have the First and Last name on the account and the answer to the Secret Question then you are golden (assuming you didn't do what I stated above). Just call Blizzard and give them the information you have and they will change the email for you.
