well here are some of my hot spots for farming 1 i eclipse point in shadow lands the blood elf's drop alot of tomes and they have low health and something like every hour or so they'll drop a blue or epic i got 2 swords of magistry the tomes sell for about 15g top

there is elements motes very good drops in the mountains between 3 places shattrath,Zangarmarsh, and nagrand there motes form good elements

and shadow labs is a good instance to git groups for if you are or have a rogue friend that can lock pick the boxes they always have a blue

and one more thing there is a town in nagrand where they give a membership prize every week or so and you get good JC gems and sometimes blue gems
