well not really sure if this is considered a scam... but it does get u money if u have some extra time and are just bored as hell.

on my server, me and a couple people started club auction house over at the orgrimmar AH. all we did was start dancing and handing out jugs of bourbon. eventually we had around 10 people partyin with us and we started asking for donations of 2g a piece and, surprisingly, people actually payed. we advertised around org and gave out some free brew which made even more people come. then we started selling jugs of bourbon for a little bit more than we bought it for and made some money off that.

after a while we decided to close down the club for the night and start a after party over at the bank where we charged 1g. ended up getting volunteer strippers as well.

in all we made about 50-60g. obviously this is not a get rich quick scam but it would be perfect for low lvls or people tryin to get their mounts.

a good place to advertise is where u queue for BGs cuz those people obviously have nothing better to do and are more likely to join the party.

i would also suggest trying to get mages for their AOE shows... they attract attention and customers.
