    Tip For Failed Scam

    Tip For Failed Scam
I've noticed that a lot of scams such as the infamous turtle mount scam are flawed in that you have to go in the trade channel to surf for possible buyers. Well you get the noobs who are like buy! buy! buy! and then the smart people who instantly know ur bsing. This is usually followed by the smart people going in trade and yelling SCAM dont buy which discourages the noobs from buying. What i have found is easier is to go around the capital you are trying to scam in and find players with noob sounding names like Sonicforce or powerrangers or something that sounds childish then send these players a personal tell asking them if they are interested in buying the mount in a disclosed whisper the noobs cant get advice from the smart people and you have a better chance of success. Sometimes you will get the occasional guy who just has a funny name but is smart but about 80% of the time its a noob. I have tried this and it is much more successful then going in trade and getting called a scammer immediantly and then everyone knows it. Just a little tip for others who might have failed at initial attempts good luck and happy scamming!

Great Tip, I also use this sort of Technique when scamming WoW accounts. I look for the more "retarded" AIM Name's since they are basically idiots most of the time.
