    Tip Not to get scammed while useing paypal/scam partial method
    Step 1-5

    1. FInd the trader
    2. Have him transfer your xxx
    3. Then ask him to open a dispute
    4. Then ask him to cancle the dispute
    5. Win the money is safe and undisputable

    Seems easy i know right but it works to protect your self against scammers.

    Also this can be twisted and if you can get your victom to dispute you then cancle its pretty much GG from there
