Horde and Alliance on same realm (PvP)

ok I don't know if this is repost ( I didn't find this ) and I'm not 100% sure if this works but this worked for my friend. He didn't mean to scam. His brother deleted his lvl 61 alliance and he made horde and lvled it to 40 then he get to the guild and asked how he can get his 61 back. They told to open a ticket.
My friend opened ticket and said to gm his 61 was deleted..gm gave 61 back with all items etc. and just said to my friend: delete your horde please.

3weeks ago^ and he have horde and ally still on same server (PvP) only problem is he cant create new char cuz it always say you cant have chars of opposite faction on this realm.

I think this is a story but do same (but u must not join to guild, lol) thing to your char.. maybe only lvl 20 ally deleted and lvl4 horde not so big lose if he don't give it back.
