Free mats scam

If you do this you get fre mats for crusader on any other enchant blacsmith or engenering letherworking alchemy recipe. do

/2. Doing crusader enchant. Free if you bring mats

now many ppl will come to you to get enchanted crusader for free. Just trade them the mats, go /dnd or /afk. Wait a few hours and do it again. You can make realy much moeny using this scam

I'm pretty sure this is common knowledge, plus it'll ruin your reputation totally (you'll have to do this on your main and people will quickly now that you're an ass).

i would think u could get in trouble for this possibly and eventually they will have a gm on u or keep whispering u until u give them the enchant and i am guessing u rn't a enchanter

yeah, they can get a GM involved. The GM can track the convos you've had and all the talking you've done in /2. So, if you offered an enchant if they provide the mats and didn't go thru with it you can get anything from a 3 hour suspension to a 3 day ban, and if the GM isn't in the best mood or hates scammers, you can expect the latter if not worse.

lol, man i was watching a movie a while ago and in it there was some guy talking about how people discover the same things almost simontaniously (sp) and i was thinking about this scam a little while ago. freaky... but yeah, hard scam to pull off without getting banned.

its commen sence but i made a **** load of cash scamed a lvl 60 warlocks accout and did it on his account then sold mats

I dont think you can be banned for it on EU servers. I got scammed with this and the GM said "We believe that this is your own responsibility, we apologize for any inconvenience caused"

yea you will almost definately get reported for doing this. hell, if this happened to me i would report the person :P but its a good idea when it works tho

Do this and u will get BAN! If u scam ppl will report! And after a few reports, boom ban perm or 72 hours!

Lemme rephrase that, I have been scammed with this EXACT scam, I talked to a GM and they said "This is your own responsibility" basically they believe its your own fault for being such an idiot. Also on RP servers scamming is RPing, if you play a dark character you can steal other peoples mats in role and your excuse is that your a dishonest evil character.

I used this scam today, worked like wonders. On EU servers, YOU CANNOT GET BANNED. No seriously, you can't. I had some guy who is "Loved" by the server going round shouting my name and that I am a scammer. I even admitted to this, and I got no ban.

When I trade mats with someone unknown I ask them to trade money of equal worth, so I dont lose any money if they are scammers. If you want to scam, you obviously wont trade money. So only stupid people will fall for this... which is the basic idea of scam, I guess.
