first you find someone that look for a last member 2 a group like this example:

playerX: Looking for one more healer Ramp heroic!
You: Invite me fast im full t5 resto shaman!
playerX invites you

once it took them 10 minutes 2 find out that i was on my lvl 19 twink :P and that was when they could not summon me through stone :P
