They can't prove it, its virtual goods so they can't track the delivery and things. still, it can be a risk. personally i just spend the moeny online.

As another member posted(cant remember the name sry)after they open the dispute and then close it,its kinda like signing a delivery paper before u get the item.I dont think he can call the po po on u since he stated that he got the "item" imo.

To add on to Persian's great scam,

1.) Along with this phantom paypal account, you should have your main paypal account.
2.) With your real paypal account, sell something tangible to your phantom account.
3.) An example would be to post some auction up on Ebay, and have the phantom account buy it.
4.) Once it buys it, you have that much more money in your actual paypal account, and you can safely transfer the funds to your bank account.
5.) You can use a proxy for additional safety.
6.) Keep the money, or use it without any hassle!!

So what you guys think? I accept the money with one account, send the money to another, close the first one, then send the money to my real and close the second one. Would that work? The first 2 are canadian accs.

Nice scam, however i'm quite shaky with paypal scamming since they will actually hire agencies to get you. With phantom paypal account i guess you mean account with no real information on, but i suggest you actually create the paypal accounts trough VPN tunnels to hide your ip, remember a proxy won't do.

Nice scam but buyer is still able to dispute his money by saying his account ( paypal ) was hacked and that he never send u the cash ...

Scamming accounts is already bad....
scamming money is for ****ers and if you do this i hope you get scammed in the same way too bcz isn't good to work 10 hours a day and then get scammed by stupid ppl that have nothing to do over the day than stay @ computer scamming people.
