AH Scam Trick while the server is going down

You just need 2 accounts
when the server is going down log your second account and put at the AH a good item like primal fire or something like that for 1 silver
then when the server is at 2 min start to bid against someone else with your main account
atleast on my server is full of guys fighting for cheap auction in the last minutes
you just have to bid 1000g for example at the last 5 seconds so he is going to outbid you as fast as he can
just wait for the server to come up again and enjoy your 1000g :P

I think he means, Right before server goes down for a restart or maintenance, Put a primal fire up for buyout like 2K Gold or sumtin, then put bid 1s, then starting bidding against that guy, wait till the server shutdown time is low, then bid about 500G, he wont be paying attention and he will outbid for like 501G or sumtin
