Okay, After paying for your char transfer, and after youve logged in, pst a gm, and tell him that you paid to have your charactor transfered, and that you had "such and such" items, and "such and such" gold...

Free gold + Free items, but you actually have to do a charactor transfer, weather it be paid for or not... and dont try this with level ones...

Sorry but your explanation is a little unclear, what items are you telling the GM you lost, and why would the GM believe you lost anything at all. Sorry just trying to understand this one,

Plus they say any items or gold lost in the character transfer will not be given back to you

when you transfer a toon, you dont transfer, they "copy" ur toon onto another server, so what you could say, (for instance) is that you had like a DragonBreath Hand Cannon equipped for ranged, when in reality you had nothing, but since you have no record on the new server youre on, the GM would have to give it to you.

im sure they can check the records.. blizzard has gotten a little bit wiser over the years. give them a LITTLE credit.

Blizzard keeps saves of every character, they keep logs of what u do and everything. Like treyska said, gms are much smarter than ud think

and when you are at the PTC page, it is written that they wont refund any items that have been lost during the transfer. so, this dont work ^^

I lost 150g worth of engineering sh*t on my real character when my highest was level 40 and I didnt get any of it back, i got banned for "GM harassment" because i wouldnt stop telling them to give it back.

As alot said, It clearly states that do not refund any items lost during transfer
