Here goes..

I was in a group to heroic shadowlab which was the heroic dayle quest.. when we killed murmur he diddnt drop the quest item we needed to get the quest done >.< so then i made a ticket and told everything about it to a GM. After a few min he said " The quest item will be in your mail box any min" and it was...

So then i though, if u just tell them that u have been in there the day after and it diddnt drop again?... Tryed it again somedays later and it worked ;D either thes scam really worked or i just got a really stupid GM but well.. 24 gold and 2 free badges for me

thats stupid the gm can just check your raid id. God the quality of posts in here just goes down and down every day

There is a higher sucsess rate if you have done the instance. I dont think they write up all the things they sent. Maby the second GM thought you ment the instance you actully went trough ?
