That's not a bad idea, BUT, this is meant for BC accounts.
Hey, no offense to you at all but there are some very awkward sounding sentences in there, and it doesn't sound as professional as it could be. Some parts down-right sound like they're from someone who doesn't even speak English well. To be perfectly honest, there's lots of spelling errors. It looks incredibly fake.
Would you like me to point out the errors, so as to improve the template?

Maybe change the "Please ignore this email" part into "Then please fill in this form" , most people wow at an internet cafe, or lan parties, or at someones house, name it, so often they think that it is because of that that Blizzard sends them that email regarding about the I.P Changes.
O well, its a nice template and all and a little more original then those "We are contacting you because we found out that you are trading/selling etc.." like the idea about the I.P change.
