easiest way to get high lvl accounts

i am not sure if this is a repost, but just inform me if it is

this is such an easy method i use, i get a account(s), no characters, a fresh account, write the security answer down on a paper for the account(s), then give them to wow players for free, they'll think ur a nice guy... blah blah blah, then after more than a month, recover them with your security question, and there should be a high lvl char, i did this and got a lvl 51 and 63, easy stuff.

Fun, but why would someone accept an account with no chars and level on it?
