9/10. You could prolly find better shoulder slot items on the AH (You don't really need all that int!) Or, if you could find a level 70 to take you through WC (So the XP is really low), and try and get Serpent's Shoulders - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft .

9/10, if you get the serpent shoulders, the enchanted fishing boots, get rid of the eluding ring and switch it with a seal of wyrim, get the gloves of the fang, get 8agil or 100hp on hat, and get 3/3 bracers of the monkey instead of 5 agil ones u would get 10/10. I got 3 lvl 19 twinks my main twink is a lock named shadowtwink with fishing hat etc a hunter and a pally.
