At 39 1h warriors are brutal however ima give him an 8.5

He needs the nether leg armor kit

100HP to head

12 stam to boots

AGM

And a few other minor tweaks

I would take 3 points outta blood craze and put them in Tatical Mastery


all in all I think he has a decent twink but my 1/2 twinked 39 rogue would still beat him.

Try leveling to 49. Twinking there is a whole lot of fun and aside from Shamans you pretty much dominate everything. There's a nice range of weapons and items available and it does allow you some form of uniqueness. Fury is kind of fun there too.

Sure Affliction Warlocks can dot you and run away and you'll eventually die but just prepares you for life at 70.

Gear is fine, his spec is bad. Take off the improved execute, get sweeping strikes. Also weapon mastery is not necessary. If you can, get dual wield specialization
