You deserve it tbh. People who buy carries in arena/rbg for glad/hero make it so a handful of players who actually deserve the titles don't get it. I think they should give you a refund of at least some if not all of your money. If you can't get a title yourself you dont deserve it.

Seriously, if you live in the US, file a police report and supply them with your logs, take the police report and evidence (your logs) to your bank, and speak to an attorney if you dished out over a grand! This is obvious fraud. LOL.

For the ammount people pay for in-game services, you'd figure they would just be happy they got away with ridiculously overcharging you in the first place, and maybe follow through at least a a bit - repeat business could've been a financial gain for these guys long term. Go figure.

At the very least, I would almost appreciate a "nope, sorry, your shit outa luck" than that BS response. Think anyone actually would buy that charity crap?
