They queue for a Battleground with XP-On standing in front of the XP-Removal Person, wait for the BG to pop, then click Accept to enter the BG. Immediately after clicking accept they hit the above macro and most of the time (80% or so) depending on lag etc, they will get into an XP-On BG with XP-Off. This allows full blown twinks once again in WoW without heavy punishment.
