As new to this site I am curious why most of you want 2.2 rating when 2.4 gives you that awesome title. What is the reason behind that?

Most people just want the enchant, and running around sporting Grand Marshal/High Warlord is often a give-away that you bought/wintraded your titles. Having 1100 - 2400 achievements all earned in 1 day really raises a red flag with a lot of people, and it'll be hard to join a proper guild, as they'll check your achievement dates (Talking about PvP guilds).
