What class?

I'm look for a class to paly in PvP, mainly Battlegrounds (not arena) but maybe! 2v2 arena, I'm open for any class except Deathknights, throw me your suggestions.
I don't want the class to be half-impossible to do 1v1, prefer rather easy.

At Jackie Moon, ye, I have thought of mage or warlock, which one would you go with? I simply adore looks tbh, and destru is awesome, but I'm not sure as arcane mages are awesome. Which one would you go with?

5-10+ minutes vs most melees unless you holy shock spam them instead of yourself with retaura and consecrations

Depends on what is your goal. To kill as many as possible, or to piss off as many as possible? :P

If to kill, I would suggest an affliction/demo warlock or a frost mage. With high crowd control and good survive ability they are sure good in PvP. However I would not go with destro at the moment due to high amount of resilience on the players which kills the point of destro: big crits. Frost mage would be my choice tbh, they can be a real pain when played right with their Crowd Control, and if you take engineering too.. unstoppable :P

But if you are looking to be the bane of the BG, I would suggest trying a resto druid or disc priest. They are both rather hard to kill, specially druid, as a melee and will piss off many player in the BG by healing their targets who are about to die, and escaping them selves (talking from experience :P).

Funny enough, resto druids can kill many DPS who lack selfhealing by simply dotting them time to time and outhealing their damage.

While both rogues and warriors have decent damage output in PvP, I would not suggest playing them, because well.. they cant do much then nuke one target.

But that is just my own experience, not the holy grail of PvP ^^

Personally never seen them in BGs lately, every PvP mage I encounter are frost.. Just saying.

D: I want something which really rape in pvp, but I still don't want them to die in seconds, staying alive for 5sec during a melee attack is good enough as a mage you can blink, freeze them etc. But I will try frost, mage is at lvl 70 atm! Thanks! Going for mage unless any better suggestions come up.

The goal is to not kill them, but to outlast their mana (i.e. warlocks) or outlast their health (i.e. all melee). You just have to cast some sort of dot on them, and run around while it ticks and heal when you need to.

Arcane mage at lvl70 is fun, you can 2 shot everything with outland greens. Just run away from the other mage twinks.
