This IS photoshopped. You can't get +150 health on an item under level 35. Unless somehow that item is over level 35..

yeah i tried it out but i didnt find it as useful as 150 hp or 15 def.
i think it was about 21% damage reduction, where as with 15 def you can get round 400 armor since defence rating scales absurdly at level 1, stick the bracer enchant aswell, and i can get loads
