Death Knight Starting Area/NPC's/Quests?

Does anybody know of a DB for arcemu/ascent that has the Death Knight starting area complete (or mostly) with NPC's and Quest Givers?

I'd hoped to be able to do more of the quests (i.e. runeforging, etc.) but thanks for the DB's i didn't know they were as far done as they were. Also used your playercreateinfo_item for the DK.
