My most fave instance has got to be Zul' farrak. All time favourite

As far as raids go I have never really raided so I wouldent know. (dont fancy spending 4 hours worknig towards a boss... I'm more of a pvp guy^^)

My favorite so far has to be Mount Hyjal. I love the open setting raids. Just the feel of the huge location of the entire raid was amazing. Prefer it a lot more than enclosed areas.

I personally like Naxx or Ulduar... I started playing in the LK days tho, so I'm still a bit of a noob.

Favorite instance: without a doubt scarlet monetary.

Favorite raid: tie between ulduar and zg.

Favorite BG: Of course, AV.

I may be old school.. but the pre BC raids and shit were easily superior to those succeeding them.
