Correct, Blizzard are planning on using the tier 3 models for the Naxxramas tier.
However, tier 7 might be 'the tier 4' of Wrath of The Lich King, dropping from The Nexus etc just as tier 4 dropped from Karazhan and two short 25man instances and in that case the models in the first post here might be correct and tier 3 models will be used for tier 8.
The models in the video can pretty much be any set except Naxxramas gear
